We specialize in:

• Sewing Machine Repair
• Cooking Range & Hob Repair

All services are performed by trained and verified technicians using professional tools and genuine spare parts (where required).

2. Booking and Scheduling

• Customers can book a service via website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Please provide accurate contact details and a complete address to avoid delays.
• Same-day service is subject to technician availability, location, and scheduling conditions.

3. Service Charges & Payments

• Our technician will provide a price estimate after inspection before starting any repair.
• Charges may include labor fees and spare parts cost (if required).
• Payment can be made after service completion via cash, UPI, or digital methods.
• If you choose not to proceed after inspection, a standard visiting/inspection fee may apply.

4. Warranty Policy

• We provide a 28-day service warranty on repairs done by our technicians.
• Warranty applies only to the same issue addressed during the service.

Warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated issues
• Physical damage after service
• Third-party repair or tampering
• Manufacturing defects
• Spare parts (may have separate manufacturer warranty)

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Last-minute cancellations or unavailability may result in a visit charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and accessible working area for the technician.
• Keep valuables and personal items secure during service.
• Arrange entry permissions in advance for gated or restricted locations.

7. Limitation of Liability

All Time Service is not liable for:

• Pre-existing issues or hidden defects
• Gas, electrical, or appliance damage prior to service
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or part availability
• Indirect or consequential losses

Maximum liability is limited to the total service amount paid.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on alltimeservice.in, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of All Time Service. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
